What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent nonprofit organizations and community-focused campaigns at live events and promotional activations.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Interacting with the public atlive events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs
• Providing friendly, professionalcustomer serviceto attendees, donors, supporters, and community members
• Clearly communicating nonprofit missions, campaign information, and fundraising goals
• Answering questions and providing accurate, helpful information
• Supporting event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
