Job summary

A well-known retail chain in Athens is looking for a Customer Service Associate I to enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and previous customer service experience. Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
