American Power & Gas is hiring an Entry Level CSR for an onsite full-time role in New York. You will join a call center team handling residential and small commercial energy inquiries, with a base salary plus commission and weekday schedules.

The position includes paid training, career development, health/dental/vision/life insurance, paid time off and holidays, and a fast-paced environment with coaching to improve customer care and inside sales skills.

Job Title: Entry Level CSR

Position Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level, Mid-Level, Experienced

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per week (Base + Commission)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (No weekends!)

This is an onsite position only.
