Nexstar Media Group in Indianapolis is seeking an entry-level Digital Content & Creative Specialist to help bring client ideas to life through engaging digital content and campaign materials. You will work with Account Executives to create social graphics, digital ads, and short-form video for local businesses.

This role offers hands-on experience across graphic design, social media, video, promotions and digital marketing, with opportunities to learn, grow a portfolio, and develop client-facing

Qualifications

Foundational skills in graphic design, social content, video editing or digital marketing.
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating creative ability.
Willingness to learn and accept feedback in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Create digital ads, social graphics, promotional materials and basic campaign assets.
Create and edit short-form video for social and digital platforms.
Resize, adapt and repurpose content for different platforms and audiences.
Support social calendars, digital contests, promotions and lead-generation campaigns.
Work with Account Executives to develop client ideas, mockups and presentations.
Maintain templates and examples while learning current digital trends.
And other duties as assigned.
