From day one you will build your own book of business, prospect clients, and present marketing proposals while leveraging AI tools to focus on revenue-generating activities.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build something.
• Coachable and driven; backgrounds in athletics, leadership, or community involvement are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

• New business development via client outreach, including cold calls and building relationships.
• Prospecting and researching market data and industry trends.
• Attending networking and industry events.
• Advising clients on real estate investment strategies.
• Presenting marketing proposals and negotiating listings
