Job summary

ForceShield in Las Vegas is seeking an entry level Crane Operator to join our construction team. You will operate mobile and tower cranes to move and position heavy materials on-site, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

No prior crane experience required; on-the-job training is provided. The role requires a high school diploma, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and good hand-eye coordination. Starting salary is $1700 per month.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes according to safety regulations and company policies.
• Inspect equipment before and after use reporting any issues or malfunctions.
• Lift, move and position materials using mobile and tower cranes.
• Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities including materials lifted and hours worked.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with other crew members.
