Raising Cane’s is hiring entry-level and experienced Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team in a supportive, fun environment. You’ll learn and grow through paid training, with opportunities to advance to higher roles as you prove yourself.

We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay, and benefits for hourly Crewmembers. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with potential for increases through training and performance evaluations within the first year.

Qualifications

• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop as needed.
• Ascend or descend stairs as required.
• Reach and grasp objects above head and below waist.
• Maintain clean tables, floors and work areas.
