Job summary

Applied Control Engineering, Inc. (ACE) is seeking an entry-level Controls Engineer to join our Norristown, PA team.

You will work on design, development, and documentation of automated systems for a diverse set of industries, collaborating with automation experts on various projects. You will communicate with customers on-site and off-site, present work, and help develop unique solutions while traveling to customer sites to implement and test deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, Bioengineering, Industrial, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, and documentation of systems meeting customer requirements.
• Communicate with customers to present work and develop solutions.
• Travel to customer sites to implement and test project deliverables.
• Meet with Project Managers and Lead Engineers to assess status and approach.
