Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Be punctual and dependable; able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings and weekends.
• Willingness to become union member if required; union membership not required prior to employment.
• Previous construction experience preferred; landscaping/farming or raking/shoveling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support construction operations in various aspects as part of an entry-level role.
• Perform tasks such as raking, shoveling, cleaning, measuring, and traffic control.
• Operate small equipment and gain exposure to more advanced equipment.
• Work under safety protocols and in variable weather conditions.
