PPG Cactus Asphalt in Phoenix, AZ is hiring Entry Level Laborers to join Pavement Preservation Group's expanded team. This physically demanding outdoor role covers crack seal, slurry seal, grading, paving, and more, with full-time hours and a starting pay of $20.00 per hour.

Candidates should be able to work in extreme heat, lift up to 90 lbs occasionally, hold a valid driver's license, and travel up to 80% when required. We offer benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.

Requirements

• Perform heavy physical labor outdoors in the Arizona sun
• Work continuously outside in extreme heat and changing weather
• Remain physically active throughout the entire workday
• Lift and carry materials and equipment
• Work around fumes, dust, moving equipment, vibration, and loud noise
• Follow all safety rules and job site instructions
• Travel to job sites as required

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid, clean driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug test at all times
• Ability to commute to job locations
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work on feet all day
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 90 lbs occasionally
• Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly on job sites
• Comfort working in high heat and outdoor environments
