No prior experience required; full training provided. You will assist with site tasks, learn low-voltage cabling, and follow safety procedures. A reliable vehicle and willingness to learn are essential for a long-term construction career.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools.
• Interest in building a long-term career in construction or low-voltage trades.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks.
• Work closely with supervisors and skilled tradespeople to assist where needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly utilize PPE.
• Learn and assist with low-voltage cabling tasks such as pulling cable, labeling, and staging materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Take direction and training to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
