CENTURY COMPANIES, INC. is seeking a CONSTRUCTION LABORER to perform general labour duties across Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. The role involves paving, concrete, crushing, excavation, grading, and heavy civil tasks, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

No prior experience is required, but candidates should be 18+ with the ability to communicate in English and travel as needed. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL is helpful.

Qualifications

• No experience required or minimal supervision.
• Follow MSHA/DOT/DEQ safety regulations while performing tasks.
• Communicate in English for job procedures and safety.
• Valid driver's license; CDL helpful.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willingness to travel in MT, ND and WY.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties using tools such as shovel, rake, hammer, etc.
• Assist with paving, concrete, crushing, excavation, grading, sewer and water, and heavy civil tasks.
