Job summary

Sletten Construction is seeking General Laborers to support construction projects in Wyoming. This entry-level role involves physical labor, site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled workers. You may operate hand and power tools and must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Health insurance begins after 3 months of employment, with 9 locations nationwide. Wage rates start at $26/hour and increase with experience.

Qualifications

• Must have own transportation.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Must be over 18.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to access equipment, tools, and jobsite at heights or uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing sites for construction.
• Assist with moving construction materials from the staging area to the installation location.
• Clean-up of site after construction.
• Assist other craft workers as needed.
• Must work quickly, productively, and safely to meet production goals.
