Job summary

Amphenol Pcd, a leading supplier of interconnect products, is seeking an Entry-Level Design Engineer in Beverly, MA. You will support product design activities from concept through manufacturing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver connector solutions.

You will work closely with product development and design teams, gain hands-on experience with Creo CAD, and interact with customers to gather feedback and present proposals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the product design process from inception to production.
• Familiarity with plastic materials and their properties.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort presenting to customers.
• 0-3 years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design activities from concept through to manufacturing.
• Assist in the design and development of new connector products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Interact with customers, presenting product proposals and gathering feedback.
• Apply knowledge of plastic materials, including their electrical and mechanical properties.
• Additional duties as assigned.
