Job summary

Toray-Composite-Materials-America, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Resin Operator to learn the fundamentals of composite production in the Resin area at our Tacoma, WA facility.

You will receive hands-on training with production machinery, setup, safe operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance, with a clear path for advancement. Compensation starts at $24.00 per hour for day shift and $27.00 per hour for night shift, with annual pay reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and validate production machinery for proper operation.
• Assist with machine operation to ensure smooth and efficient running and production of quality products.
• Utilize hand tools to move material and maintain clean work areas.
• Operate production equipment interfaces and monitor processes.
• Provide timely turnover information to the oncoming shift.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas and complete production paperwork.
