Job summary

Epic is recruiting for a compensation and stock programs role on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance provided. The position supports global compensation initiatives and collaborates with leaders to deliver creative, scalable solutions for the business.

The role includes managing international compensation programs, processing stock and pay actions, and refining country-specific considerations, while requiring a proven track record of academic and professional success and

Qualifications

• Academic and professional success track record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

• Analyze country-specific considerations and assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed.
