Job summary

Epic is seeking a Compensation and Stock Programs Manager for its Madison, WI campus, with relocation assistance provided. The role collaborates across Epic to manage employee compensation, stock programs, and international programs.

You will work with executives to identify and implement creative solutions, oversee staff worldwide compensation processing, and analyze country-specific considerations as needed. Epic offers relocation reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
