Job summary

CBI Midwest is expanding its downtown Indianapolis office and seeking Entry Level Communications Associates to help grow our partners' supporter and customer bases through direct, face-to-face conversations. You’ll learn daily coaching and receive mentorship as you contribute to campaigns that matter.

From day one, you’ll train with a dedicated coach, develop communication skills, and work toward clear team goals.

Qualifications

• No prior marketing, communications, or sales experience required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent our partners through face-to-face conversations at locations across the Indianapolis area.
• Share each campaign's message and sign up new supporters and customers.
• Work toward clear team goals and learn how results are tracked and improved.
• Sharpen your communication skills through daily coaching led by our founders and leadership team.
