Job summary

Tecta America New England in Brockton, MA is hiring commercial roofers at entry level with pay starting at $22+ per hour and BOE, plus a $500+ sign-on bonus.

We offer full-time, year-round work with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with company match, and in-house safety training.

Under the Foreman's direction, you will install, maintain and repair EPDM, TPO and PVC roofing systems while developing career growth.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals!
• Able to lift 25+ lbs regularly, 50+ lbs occasionally.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO & PVC).
• Assist Foreman in completing jobs safely and to spec.
• Follow safety guidelines and job instructions; maintain professionalism.
