Job summary

TechVisions & Solutions is seeking an Entry-Level Commercial HVAC Service Technician in NE Wisconsin. You will work with experienced technicians to learn installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, with hands-on training and mentorship.

The role offers paid training, opportunities for progression into a Journeyman role, and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, holidays, and career development support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in HVAC or mechanical trades.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, outdoors)

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes, cleaning, and inspections.
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
• Accurately document work performed and assist with service reports.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous support to customers.
