Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical CNC training is a plus.
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or surface grinders.
• Knowledge of GMP principles and practices preferred.
• Experience with micrometers and gage blocks for dimensional measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to collaborate with others.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills, lathes, and surface grinders for production runs.
• Handle materials and parts with GMP-compliant practices.
• Monitor CNC and semi-automatic machinery to ensure GMP adherence.
• Perform dimensional measurements using micrometers, test indicators, and gage blocks.
• Complete processing records and related documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot equipment or processing issues with department leads.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery as directed.
