Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manufactures quality products at or below budgeted costs to meet demand.
• Sets up equipment: feed, speed, temperature; operates CNC and other machines.
• Reads blueprints and checks work against quality control gauges.
• Selects and measures raw materials to specification.
• Resolves manufacturing, machine, and packaging issues.
• May perform basic CNC programming.
• Operates multiple CNC machines efficiently.
• Complies with safety policies and Lean Enterprise initiatives.
