This entry-level position offers paid training and covers certification fees, making it ideal for candidates with no prior experience. Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 85 pounds.
• Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willing to obtain knowledge of CMT principles and ASTMM laboratory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observation, testing, and sampling of materials at project sites.
• Execute tasks based on project requirements under guidance.
• Perform calculations and data reduction based on sampling and test results.
• Maintain daily communication with site contractors and project managers.
• Receive training in ECS methodology for project observations and testing.

Skills

Strong communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)

Ability to work effectively with contractors, peers, and supervisors

Education

High school diploma or GED
