You will represent client brands at retail locations, engage customers face-to-face, explain products, and support campaign goals. Strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with customers in person.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and apply coaching.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Interest in developing skills in sales, marketing, customer engagement, or business development.

Responsabilidades

• Represent client brands professionally at retail locations.
• Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their needs and communicate products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and available service options clearly.
• Assist with coordination and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, leads, and campaign feedback.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support campaign goals and positive customer experiences.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development activities.
