Responsibilities

• Operate specialized filtration and vacuum equipment to clean HVAC duct systems.
• Clean HVAC components and indoor air quality equipment.
• Inspect duct systems and educate customers on improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle and equipment.
• Complete all required paperwork, job notes, and work orders accurately.
• Collect customer payments when applicable.
• Maintain regular communication with dispatch regarding job status and issues.
• Follow up on job-related concerns and communicate with management.
• Stay current on company products, pricing, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Attend required training sessions and continuing education opportunities.
• Represent Sierra Air professionally with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
