Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline from an ABET-accredited university.
• 0-2 years of civil/structural engineering experience, including internships or co-op.
• Basic understanding of structural steel and reinforced concrete design principles.
• Familiarity with AISC, ACI, and IBC codes/standards.
• Exposure to structural analysis/design software such as STAAD.Pro, RISA, Enercalc, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and analysis of steel, reinforced concrete, and foundation systems for industrial and power facilities.
• Prepare engineering calculations, design sketches, drawings, specifications, and material take-offs under supervision.
• Apply engineering principles and building codes to project designs.
• Support development of conceptual and detailed structural designs.
• Coordinate activities with civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, and construction teams.
• Review supplier/submittals for technical compliance under guidance from senior engineers.
• Participate in design reviews, constructability evaluations, and issue resolution.
• Support field activities including site walkdowns, construction support, and field investigations.
• Contribute to delivery of safe, high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through mentorship and project experience
