Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an Entry Level Civil/Environmental Engineer in Duluth, MN, for graduates joining in 2027. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Geological Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and CIVIL 3D.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction plans and specifications under direction of Project Manager.
• Perform engineering design calculations.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, environmental data, and aerial photographs.
• Prepare operations, work, and environmental monitoring plans.
• Develop construction plans using AutoCAD and CIVIL 3D.
• Prepare construction cost estimations and track project budgets and quantities.
• Collect and/or review environmental monitoring data.
• Prepare reports and documentation (environmental and construction).
• Provide construction oversight in the field to verify conformance with plans and safety standards.
