Qualifications

• FE Exam must be passed in Texas or be able to pass within six months.
• Willingness to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman’s service area.
• Strong verbal and writing skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager(s) with engineering design support for water and wastewater projects.
• Help prepare construction plans, calculations, reports, and cost estimates; support permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct field investigations, attend on-site meetings, and provide technical review of submittals.
• Balance independent tasks with collaborative project work as part of a team.
