The EADS Group in New Brighton, PA is seeking an entry-level civil engineer to join our multi-disciplinary engineering firm. This full-time role offers a flexible 5-day work week with hybrid options and competitive benefits.

As an entry-level civil engineer, you will be involved in municipal and site development projects, assist with client meeting prep, and work with experienced staff to advance design deliverables and team goals by day’s end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of municipal/stormwater/site development experience.
• Engineer-In-Training certification or ability to obtain preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with municipal projects and client meeting preparation.
• Collaborate with engineering staff to advance design deliverables.
• Support multiple departments on various projects and tasks.
