Job summary

HNTB is seeking an engineer to assist in producing and modifying design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans for various projects. You will work with the project team to develop designs and calculations using current drawing and software tools, contributing to successful project delivery.

The role involves supporting reports, cost estimates, and design file organization, with opportunities to grow through broader responsibilities and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and AutoCAD or other software is preferred.
• Experience with design calculations and technical reports is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and number of hours provided.
• Supports the preparation and modification of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Supports engineering teams with various tasks and duties including but not limited to research, data collection, field investigations, development, and design of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned
