Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Internship or summer experience in civil engineering is preferred.
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare reports, plans, details, and engineering documents.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software to support project development.
• Collaborate with engineering, surveying, and construction management teams.
• Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Support field visits and project coordination as needed.
