Jabil is seeking an assembly technician to manually place parts on circuit boards following workmanship standards. The role involves reading visual guides, assembling components, inspecting placements, and using bar code scanners and small tools.

You will work under supervision and maintain cleanliness and 5S practices in your area. Attention to detail and basic PC skills are essential as you follow detailed instructions and document progress, restocking parts as needed while adhering to safety

Formación

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a Windows-based PC and related software.
• Advanced PC skills including Jabil software packages.

Responsabilidades

• Follow instructions and use visual aids for assembly.
• Perform basic, standardized assembly and labeling of components and subassemblies.
• Prepare and assemble inserted components per visual aids and specs.
• Visually inspect parts for proper insertion and placement.
• Use bar code scanners and small hand tools.
• Ensure assemblies are properly handled and labeled.
• Maintain progress reports and restock parts bins as required.
• Work under supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager.
