Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Physical Science with 0–2 years lab/manufacturing experience, or 2–4 years in industry, or equivalent.
• Entry-level safety practices in manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with molarity, density calculations, and the metric system.
• Ability to multitask and meet production timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Teamwork and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Capable of maintaining company PPE policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per established protocols to meet specs and timelines.
• Manufacture robust protocols and support critical tasks.
• Understand and follow routing manufacturing procedures.
• Replenish inventory of CPG products as assigned by Solid Support Leadership.
• Ensure equipment readiness and efficient operations.
• Record real time data onto batch records following good documentation practices.
