KellyMitchell is seeking an Entry-Level Chemist for a 100% onsite contract role in Chesterfield, MO. The position supports laboratory testing and formulation development activities, with a start time aligned to a typical 8:00 AM CST schedule.

The candidate will perform viscosity and density testing, document results, and operate lab-scale mixing and milling equipment while adhering to safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field is required.
• 0+ years of relevant laboratory experience in chemistry or formulation.
• Hands-on experience with viscosity and density testing.
• Experience documenting data and following safety procedures.
• Ability to operate laboratory-scale mixing and milling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical stability testing, including viscosity and density analysis.
• Operate laboratory-scale mixing, milling, and other equipment.
• Support formulation development and laboratory testing activities.
• Accurately record experimental data, observations, and test results.
