American Driver offers a structured, paid training program for new CDL-A trainees. Fresh out of CDL school, you’ll earn during training and gain hands-on experience with real freight and a mentor.
During the first 3 months you’ll earn a guaranteed weekly minimum after solo and then $0.56–$0.64 per mile, with typical weekly earnings between $1,200 and $1,700. Training lasts 4–6 weeks with real routes.

HOW TRAINING WORKS
For 4 to 6 weeks, you're paired with an experienced trainer who rides with you on actual routes — not a classroom, not a simulator. Your trainer tracks your progress and signs off when you're ready to run solo.
