Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Birmingham, AL is hiring for a dedicated regional driving account. You typically depart Sunday or Monday and return Friday or Saturday, with home weekly during the 34-hour restart.

During training you earn $650 per week with a mentor for 4–6 weeks. After solo, you’ll be paid $0.55 per mile, with 2,100–2,300 miles weekly and average weekly pay of $1,100–$1,300. Benefits kick in after 30 days, with orientation pay and other perks.

Most new drivers think home weekly is something you earn after years on the road. On this dedicated regional account, it starts once you finish training. Most weeks you roll out Sunday or Monday and you're back Friday or Saturday.

What You Need

• 21+, valid Class A CDL, at least 120 hours of CDL school
• Trainees welcome. Experienced: 6 months in the last 12 or 12 months in the last 5 years
• Military experience considered with DD214
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
