Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services in Harriman, TN, is seeking a full-time Bachelor’s-level Behavioral Health Safety Net Case Manager to provide social services to individuals in need. Training is provided, and this role welcomes new graduates who are passionate about helping clients and supporting Ridgeview’s mission of HOPE, HEALING, and RECOVERY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; if not in social sciences/mental health, related training and supervision provided after hire.
• Prefer experience with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Valid TN driver's license with safe driving record; strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Care coordination and case management for adult or youth clients and families; connect clients with needed services.
• Work with Ridgeview's community resources to secure mental and physical health services.
• Collaborate with teams to support client needs and outcomes.
