During the first 30 days you'll be paid $25/hour for training. After that, you'll enter a high-earning, uncapped compensation structure with real career growth and advancement potential. No degree or prior experience required—just the right attitude and work ethic.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean background check.

• Greet customers and present numbers transparently to guide their purchase.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer and finalize the sale without handing off to a finance manager.
