Job summary

Ciocca Ford Flemington is seeking Client Advisors to join a supportive, high-energy sales team. No prior experience is required as we provide PAID TRAINING and ongoing coaching to help you launch or grow a sales career.

You’ll greet customers, guide them through the vehicle purchase process, and build lasting relationships. Earn a base salary plus performance bonuses or 18–20% commission, with earning potential over $100,000 and industry-leading pay plans.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or experienced sales professionals - we will train.
• A motivated, coachable, and customer-focused individual.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and assist them through the vehicle purchase process.
• Help each client find the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and needs.
