Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician on our Madison, WI campus, with relocation assistance provided. You’ll monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from our Facilities Command Center.

You’ll identify issues via video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses with internal teams and emergency services, and help restore normal operations quickly while supporting ongoing business continuity.

  • Openness to 2nd/3rd shifts and weekend days.

Job description

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

As an Operations Center Technician, you'll help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You'll identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur. Working closely with internal teams and emergency services, you'll ensure a safe environment and help restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
