Job summary

Bay Area Millwork Fabrication LLC is seeking an entry-level Cabinet Builder / Installation Assistant to join our team in Tampa, FL. You will build custom cabinetry in a shop and perform high-quality installations at commercial job sites.

No cabinetmaking experience is required; we will train the right candidate. You should be mechanically inclined, comfortable with hand and power tools, and eager to learn to support tenant improvement projects with attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build custom cabinets and millwork per shop drawings and specs.
• Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently (table saw, edgebander, CNC).
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and field measurements.
• Install cabinetry, millwork, and related components on job sites.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and project timelines.
• Communicate with project managers and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (shop and job site).
