Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers, a Michelin Group company, seeks a Buyer/Planner I to support production planning, inventory management, material procurement, and supplier coordination. This entry-level role collaborates with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Engineering, Warehouse, and suppliers to maintain material availability and achieve on-time delivery performance.

The position provides exposure to DRP/MPS/MRP/CRP processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate production schedules for assigned work centers.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels to support customer demand.
• Create and manage purchase orders for assigned commodities and suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing discrepancies, shipment updates, and order requirements.
• Support DRP, MPS, MRP, and CRP activities and improvement initiatives.
