PAE is seeking an Entry Level Building Performance Specialist in San Francisco to join our team. You will contribute to greenhouse gas analysis, renewable energy systems and high-performance HVAC design across the project lifecycle.

You'll gain hands-on experience with TRACE, IES, Revit and AutoCAD while collaborating with project teams to move from district planning to construction administration. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• E.I.T. or ability to obtain.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD, TRACE, IES encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of mechanical system design, modeling and documentation.
• Provide task-based support building performance analysis, greenhouse gas analysis, renewable energy systems, district planning, engineering distribution, HVAC and plumbing.
• Assist with construction administration and project documentation.
• Perform mechanical calculations and performance simulations using TRACE and IES.
