Job summary

Qualifications

• Perform maintenance, repair, and construction of District buildings and equipment.
• Assist skilled personnel in various trades.
• Maintain routine records related to work performed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on locks and door hardware.
• Maintain and repair gas and water lines, heating, and cooling equipment.
• Assist with installation of various building fixtures.
