Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or four years banking experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years of banking experience preferred with a focus on BSA/AML or Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze BSA/AML/Fraud alerts for suspicious activity.
• Create cases from alerts for investigators' review.
• Contact banking center staff and customers on suspect items.
• Review Customer Due Diligence forms and CIP records for completeness.
• Analyze customer history to ensure activity aligns with expectations.
• Ensure compliance with BSA regulations and complete required training.
