Job summary

Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to help build our brand and raise awareness through face-to-face field sales and marketing activities. Paid training will be provided, and you will collaborate across departments to uncover consumer insights and craft innovative campaigns.

You will help improve our reputation, drive growth, and engage customers through strategic brand campaigns, public speaking, and hands-on field work.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or a related field.
• Ability to receive training and coaching in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
• Experience or interest in implementing targeted brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales with strategic brand positioning and territory management.
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission through public speaking and one-on-one presentations.
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Devise innovative growth strategies.
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
