Flambeau is seeking an Entry Level Blow Molding Operator in Ohio. Starting wage on 1st shift is $18.50 per hour, with 3rd shift paid higher due to shift differential. Benefits begin after 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Computer knowledge is advised.
• Ability to interpret a variety of gauges and measurement instrumentation.
• Effective oral and written communication in English preferred.
• Use reading and writing, basic arithmetic, and measurement gauges.
• Quality and quantity performance standards under normal supervision expected after 3–12 months.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Six month manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with coworkers, employer, customers and suppliers.
• Perform activities in a safe manner.
• Maintain acceptable attendance record.
• Learn and apply quality and production standards to all customer parts you are assigned to work on.
• Learn and run all Blow Molding machines, parts, jobs, and processes.
• Proper removal and handling of parts.
• Keep up with established job rates.
• Log all rejects and track production counts.
• Ensure customer quality expectations are met.
• Ensure good parts are not discarded.
• Assist with on-the-job training of new associates and safety concerns.
• Follow all processes for Blow Molding production practices.
• Perform any assigned secondary work.
• Maintain a clean work area and cleanup as directed.
• Attend all mandatory meetings and safety sessions.
