Job summary

AUSTIN POWDER COMPANY is seeking a hands-on team member for first-shift outdoor work, involving lifting 40–60 lb product bags and operating basic tools on-site. You will assist the site supervisor with materials, maintain safety, and perform inventory tasks in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must meet all State and Federal explosive laws and qualify as an ATF explosive possessor.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age as required by the ATF.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively and perform manual labor for the duration of the shift.
• Assist the site supervisor or Blaster in Charge with the materials and equipment needs and help collect supplies as requested.
• Use material handling equipment and tools including shovels, hand tools and power tools while working around heavy construction equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and report any employee, customer or safety concerns.
