Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a field service technician to service and repair critical biomedical equipment. You will repair, calibrate, and verify devices to ensure accuracy for clinicians, respond to service requests, and maintain an audit-ready equipment database.

A focus on safe, reliable operation and continuous learning is expected. Applicants should have a 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience, or TRIMEDX biomedical cert.
• Comfort with hands-on repair and calibration of medical devices.
• Ability to learn new systems and build expertise over time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure critical medical equipment is safe, accurate, and ready when clinicians need it.
• Repair, calibrate, and verify devices so readings are trusted.
• Respond to service requests and provide technical support to clinical staff.
• Keep equipment database compliant and audit-ready.
