Job summary

Mesa Labs is seeking an entry-level Production Process Operator I - Mail-in Spore Testing (MIST) to assist with handling, monitoring, and processing Biological Indicator strips. You will learn essential production SOPs and work under supervision to ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced lab environment.

The part-time position offers a flexible schedule within operating hours, with a base salary of $20/hour and a 10% annual bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in identifying product quality issues.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting issues and providing updates.

Responsibilities

• Process Biological Indicator (BI) strips accurately and efficiently.
• Place prepared test racks into incubators.
• Complete required documentation and maintain clean workspace.
• Report production progress and any issues to supervisor.
• Work with team to meet production goals and safety standards.
